Tiffanie is originally from Old Lyme, CT. She spent 14 years in competitive gymnastics and is a former competitive diver and figure skater. She has experience as a private trainer at Sport Club LA in New York City and was also a program nutritionist and trainer for a teen obesity program in Quincy, Ma. Tiffanie is also a competitive runner. She recently ran an emerald necklace half marathon in Boston, Ma., and is training for future events..
