Additional Information:

Cat Maddox is originally from Maryland. She was a competitive gymnast and swimmer, then fell into dance after an injury forced her to quit gymnastics . Both of her academic degrees were physically based and focused very heavily on body awareness. As such, many of her exercise programs for her clients focus on alignment and posture. Cat also specializes in creating programs based on concentrated core strength, which in turn fits well with her Pilates background.
