Additional Information:

Joe is originally from Franklin Lakes, NJ. Before co-founding Focus Integrated Fitness in 2001 he began his career in fitness as a student at the University of Miami in Florida. Joe has received certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, The National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, in addition to completing extensive continuing education coursework annually. Joe has experience working with a varied client base and specializes in programming for sports, weight loss, injury prevention and post-rehabilitation exercise. As an athletic and print / commercial model, Joe has been featured in advertisements for Rutgers University, Fila Sportswear, Starter Sportswear, Champion Sportswear, Nokia and Sony. He is an avid outdoor sport enthusiast and is involved in the martial arts. As a consultant, Joe has worked with top New York City physicians, CBS News, the Daily News, I-Village Online, Our Town East Side, WB-11 News and Star Magazine.
