Additional Information:

A native New Yorker, Katherine graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She went on to study Exercise Physiology and received certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine, American Fitness Association and the American Council on Exercise. She enjoys physical activities and practices Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Currently, she is looking to expand her career to work with patients with diabetes, arthritis and multiple sclerosis. Katherine is also an avid kick boxer and competitive runner.
