Meaghan is originally from Worcester, MA. She was a four-year varsity softball player at Colby College, and got her start as a personal trainer at the New York Health & Racquet Club. She also works as a fitness editor for The Exercise Group which publishes Men’s Exercise, Exercise For Men Only, Best Body and Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness magazines.
