Additional Information:

Michael, our Personal Training Manager, is originally from Syracuse, NY. Michael has held management positions at four Equinox Fitness Club locations. There he taught courses on client assessment, exercise technique, program design, and exercise physiology. In addition, he mentored new trainers and managers. Michael has extensive experience with exercise programs for children ages 6-14. Furthermore, he has a background in golf and basketball and was a former NCAA basketball player.
