Garnett, our Conditioning, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts Specialist, is an original New York City native. Certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Garnett also has over 15 years of competitive martial arts experience. Aside from being the 2008 Gotham Classic International Cruiser-Weight Champion in Mixed Martial Arts, Garnett is a competitive boxer and recipient of numerous titles in Karate, Japanese Jujitsu and Muy Thai. Additionally, Garnett carries the distinction of achieving a 1st degree Black Belt in Sho-Ku-Jitsu-Ryu Karate in the fastest time of its 35 year history. When developing training programs for his clients, Garnett focuses on corrective and postural exercise in combination with strength and conditioning protocols. Given his substantial experience training clients of all fitness levels and interests, Garnett prides himself on his ability to motivate, inspire and educate his clients.
