Greg is originally from Pine Bush, New York. A born athlete and fitness enthusiast, he played football and lacrosse throughout high school and served as captain of the University of Delaware’s Trap and Skeet Shooting team during college. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with a concentration in Fitness Management, Greg supplemented his studies by working as a Fitness Supervisor for UD’s Recreational Services department and Cardio-Kinetics Inc. Shortly after graduating, he received his Personal Trainer certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and began training high-end clients one-on-one at Halevy Fitness in New York City. Greg comes from a strong educational background and is committed to exploring the science behind training. He is always eager to learn more about the world of health and fitness and he takes great pride in passing this knowledge on to his clients. Greg devotes much of his spare time to trail running. He completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 2007 and is currently training for several Ultramarathons.
