Jason is originally from the Virginia/DC area. His passion for fitness and desire to help others achieve their goals led him to a career in fitness training. Jason honed his skills as a trainer while attending NPTI in Virginia, one of the top personal training schools in the country. He enjoys working with clients of all abilities and goals, ranging from weight loss and conditioning to strength training and agility. Aside from his interest in strength and conditioning, Jason recently began training for competitive powerlifting. Stemming from the personal success he has had with his own training program, Jason strives to give each client a sense of accomplishment, no matter what the individual's goals may be.
