Kathryn Burggraf, CPT

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Kathryn moved to New York to advance her career in the health and fitness industry. She has always been physically fit and was an avid gymnast growing up, as well as a member of the cheerleading squad and track and field team during high school and college. After graduating from the University of Hawaii, Kathryn went on to pursue another one of her passions, travel, and spent time exploring the different cultures of Europe and Asia. When she returned from abroad, she earned a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a group fitness instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise. Kathryn views her role as a trainer as much more than a career. She considers herself a role model who possesses the passion, creativity, and empathy necessary to motivate others to meet their goals. She is committed to developing fun and challenging exercise programs for each one of her clients. In her free time, Kathryn enjoys strength training, hiking, camping, and furthering her knowledge of the fitness field. She also works part-time for a physical therapist to broaden her knowledge of clients with injuries and those participating in rehabilitation programs.
