Daniel W.

FPTI, NASM-CPT

Born and raised in New Zealand, Daniel began his fitness journey playing international soccer and Futsal, an indoor football game played on a hard court. As captain, he led his team to many wins and cultivated a passion for fitness and health among his teammates. Eventually Daniel was badly injured, ending his athletic career. Although he could no longer play soccer, his passion for health and wellness never wavered. He decided to utilize this passion along with a desire to help others by becoming a personal trainer.

After moving to New York City in 2019, Daniel attended the Focus Personal Training Institute Master Course program. He excelled, and eventually graduated at the top of his class. His time at Focus reaffirmed his desire to guide others through their own fitness journeys. Daniel wants to not only help you achieve your goals in the gym, but motivate you to become the best version of yourself.
