Frances R.

FPTI, MES

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Frances' passion for fitness began in high school when she took it upon herself to lose weight and get healthy. After changing her eating habits and becoming active, Frances shed over 70 lbs. Through her journey, she fell in love with fitness and the power of motivation. And although she received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Fordham University and pursued an enjoyable career in finance, she always knew that her calling was to motivate and help others live a healthy lifestyle.

Frances ultimately decided to part ways with her finance career and pursue her passion for fitness full-time. Understanding the importance of education, she enrolled in the vigorous 700-hour Master Course at Focus Personal Training Institute, where she finished at the top of her class. And with the combination of knowledge, skills and personal experience, she now possesses all of the necessary tools to help various client types reach their own goals. Frances believes that the most important aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is balance, and what that means is different for everyone – which is what makes her training truly personal.
