Wilbert B.

FPTI

Will has been a natural athlete since the age of six when he was given his first basketball. This catapulted him into a lifelong fascination with sports, training and also a rewarding career in basketball. The game took him all over the world, and has allowed him insight into many different cultures and environments.
Will developed an eye for fitness and sports performance while playing basketball at Niagara University. Given a challenging role on the team, he had to apply a more strategic outlook than other athletes. To do this he had to balance strength training and game performance to excel.  That balance gave him an edge over the competition, and propelled him into his professional career over the next 10 years. Will has made the most of his opportunity to learn, and enhance his skillset while playing in Israel, Germany, Japan, Philippines, Spain and France. He has also developed strength and conditioning programs for several teams, and players along the way.
Upon returning in 2017, Will completed the 700-hour Master Course at Focus Personal Training Institute where he expanded on the skills that he had developed over the years instructing basketball.
Will has a unique skill set that ensures his clients experience success and reach their goals. He uses a blend of modalities including agility, core work, tempo-pace, strength, and flexibility in his training programs. Each session is goal-oriented, and another step towards his clients reaching their target.
