Depending on your personal preference and what works best for your lifestyle, our yogi masters integrate any and all of the yoga philosophy into your life. From learning the asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing) to practicing dharana(concentration) and dhyana(meditation) techniques, the objective is to inspire and enhance the overall mind, body, breath and soul connection. From a gentle to a more vigorous practice, your private yoga session may be designed to address stress, fatigue or body aches; increase your mental focus; or improve posture, increase body strength and flexibility

Based on an in-depth analysis of your body strength, flexibility, and yoga experience, we will design a program that fulfills and exceeds your expectations. Sessions may be given in your home or, weather permitting, in one of nature's most regal homes, New York City's Central Park.
