Alexandra G.

A fast-paced lifestyle is nothing new for native New Yorker Alexandra Gallo. Alexandra's passion for health and nutrition started to develop in high school. She saw the negative impact a sedentary and stressful environment had on her loved ones, which inspired her to make a change in her own life. As a college freshman, her fascination with the science behind exercise and nutrition intensified. When Alexandra saw how building a strong mind-body relationship can improve one's quality of life, she knew she needed to pursue personal training as her dream career.  She has used her knowledge as a NASM-certified trainer and years of experience in the gym to help others move more and move better.

Alexandra has received certifications for Kettlebell Concepts Level One, and also ViPR training. Her training philosophy centers on hard work and consistency, as well as a strong belief that a healthy lifestyle incorporates physical, mental and nutritional elements. Alexandra takes a fitness journey with each of her clients, working to inspire and motivate them to surpass their expectations and limitations.
