Christian F.

Christian hails from New York City and is NASM-certified and a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach. In his youth, Christian was active but not necessarily athletic. That all changed when he joined the US Army as an Infantryman. He soon realized he needed to gain weight and get strong FAST. He achieved this goal and passed his Army fitness test with a perfect score and was placed in charge of the platoon's fitness programs for strength and weight loss. Christian was also placed in charge of helping fellow soldiers who failed to meet Army fitness standards.  Here, Christian found his passion for educating and assisting others in their fitness journey.

Upon his discharge from active duty, Christian enrolled in Borough of Manhattan Community College where he received his Associates Degree in Community Health Education. He has also attended the Barbell Medicine Seminar. His goal is to share his knowledge about healthy habits and encourage others to strive for strength and physical fitness. With a strong understanding of exercise technique, program design and post-rehabilitation protocols, Christian has helped many, from young athletes to the sedentary, regain regular movement and live a pain-free healthy life.
