Elizabeth C.

FPTI, USAW Lvl 1, MES, ACE-CPT

A native of Long Island, Elizabeth began her fitness journey at the early age of five. In her youth, she danced with several studios, continuing to perform on stage throughout her high school and college career.

Upon completing her college degree, Elizabeth realized her love of physical fitness and needed it to be a priority in her life. Her first step in this process was attending the 700-hour Master Course program at the Focus Personal Training Institute. It was here that Elizabeth saw success in the classroom and on the gym floor, and even secured a coveted spot as an intern for FocusNYC. During her internship, she honed valuable skills in both one-on-one training, the Starting Strength Method and small group class coaching.

Elizabeth has a knack for strength training, coaching and motivating people, and enjoys the high-energy and high-intensity aspects of exercise. She also utilizes a wide variety of training methods – including conditioning, plyometrics and barbell training – in order to get her clients the results they desire. She also strives to educate and coach her clients through very personalized programming that yields results and keeps her sessions fun, engaging and effective.
