Elyse H.

Born and raised in Australia, Elyse’s love of exercise and movement began at an early age with rigorous ballet and jazz classes. She danced professionally in Australia and France, and was a featured dancer at the world famous Bal du Moulin Rouge. After four years in France, Elyse moved to Canada to pursue her other passion: yoga. She became a die-hard yoga enthusiast, training extensively and participating in the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training program. After moving to New York City, Elyse realized that she really wanted to further her foundational knowledge of the body and turn her love for fitness into a career. She soon discovered Focus Personal Training Institute, becoming a 600-hour Master Course student and graduating at the top of her class. Along with this prestigious accomplishment, she is NASM-certified, CPR/AED-certified, and has her Pre-Post Natal Certification.

Elyse thrives off of genuine connection. Her ultimate goal is to lift spirits and share the undeniable benefits of physical fitness training with her clients.
