Jack W.

Dir. of Personal Training

Approaching almost a decade as a fitness professional, Jack is our Director of Personal Training. He has been involved in physical activity since the age of 7 and continued playing sports through college, including football, volleyball and boxing. Since graduating with a Bachelors degree in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, he has conducted thousands of personal training sessions and successfully obtained results with every body type, goal and individual client need.

Jack holds several specialty certifications – including NASM's Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre and Post Natal training, and TRX training – and thrives in working with injured clients, athletes and the average person alike. He has spent time in the Strength and Conditioning sector training high-level athletes at Penn State and has also trained multiple women through pregnancy. He strives to regularly help all of his clients improve their movement and overall fitness via addressing old injuries, increasing strength and range of motion, and countering poor postural habits.

In addition to his work with clients, Jack genuinely enjoys helping develop new trainers by sharing his many successes and learning experiences that he has endured over the years. He also loves to watch sports – especially football and UFC – and work out, and is always looking to improve himself both physically and mentally through training and education.
