Kevin R.


A Native of New York, Kevin graduated from the College of Staten Island with a B.S. in Biology. He continues his pursuit of honing his skills by pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Science & Rehabilitation.


Ever since his teen years, Kevin has practiced Taekwondo, and dabbled in a variety of other martial art styles ranging from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling and Kickboxing. While these practices strengthen his discipline, like many others Kevin was subjected to body shaming throughout his life. Always deemed as the skinny kid Kevin hit the ground running on developing himself to be the best version he could be. Kevin uses a variety of modalities to accomplish his goals, and the goals of his clients.


Kevin gives his full heart and attention in the successful development of his clients. With his previous years of experience working in the physical therapy field - injury prevention and rehabilitation are a main priority for him. Through functional training methods and longevity training, Kevin’s goal is to have each of his client’s moving efficiently and improving their health to enable a life long practice in fitness.
