Kevin T.

B.A., NASM-CPT, FNS

Kevin is a New York native and graduate of Manhattan College with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. Kevin’s passion for health and fitness began at an early age, when due to poor dietary habits and genetic predispositions, he developed a significant weight issue. Drawing inspiration from a close friend who had lost a large amount of weight, Kevin began to study proper nutrition and exercise fundamentals. This was the beginning of a lifelong journey into fitness and wellness for Kevin.

During high school and college, Kevin continued to study exercise physiology, resistance training protocols, and nutritional science. This knowledge, combined with his innate motivation, was the key to his success in losing over a 100 lbs. After college, Kevin took a job at Yankee Stadium, where he proceeded to witness thousands of people make nutritionally poor food choices on a daily basis. After his personal weight loss journey, he knew he needed to make a change.

With a newfound purpose to help people incorporate healthy habits into their lifestyle, Kevin attained his Personal Training Certification and Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This began his professional career in Fitness. After years of working in some of Manhattan's most elite gyms and establishing a proven track record of success with his clients, Kevin felt like he was ready for the next stage in his career. It was then that he came to Focus Integrated Fitness. As part of the Focus team, Kevin is now able to fuel his passion for continued education and development while maintaining a high degree of success with all of his clients on a deeper level.
