Victoria J.

MES, FPTI, SSC

Raised in the south and a Texan at heart, Victoria was very active growing up. She played soccer in various leagues for over 10 years, which set the stage for maintaining an active lifestyle as an adult. When she graduated from high school, she moved overseas to learn a foreign language and experience life outside of the U.S. While there, she learned what it really meant to take care of oneself, and discovered a newfound love for health and fitness.

It was her family who really inspired her to pursue personal training as a career, however. She wanted to learn everything that she could to help them live better. Her pursuit brought her to New York City, where she completed the Focus Personal Training Institute’s vigorous 700-hour Master Course. It was at Focus that her passion for helping people grew even more. Victoria now strongly believes in teaching people that they do have the power to change and they can do the things that they love, but it all starts with taking care of the body.

After spending so much time studying the human body and the sciences involved with personal training, Victoria is sure of one thing: She will never have all the answers. But, this ignites a fire in her to learn more with each new day, and her inspiration comes through in her work with clients.
